1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is defective or damaged
• Incorrect product delivered (not matching the order)

2. ⏱️ Return Request Timeline

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. 📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All labels, invoices, and accessories must be intact
• Product should not show signs of use, installation, or damage

4. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or installed tools
• Consumable items (e.g., inserts once opened/used)
• Special order or non-standard products
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage

5. 🔄 Replacement Policy

• Eligible returns will be processed for replacement only (no refunds in most cases)
• Replacement will be initiated after inspection and approval
• In case the replacement product is unavailable, alternative solutions may be offered

6. 💰 Refund Policy (If Applicable)

• Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Mishraji Trading Company
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer

7. 🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers may be required to send the product back for inspection

• Return shipping costs will be:

  • Covered by us (if error is from our side)
  • Covered by customer (if return reason is not valid)
